App is Slow and Very High Memory consumption.

The Software is too slow and clunky and consumes way too much RAM.

My SAME Exact 3 chart layout with the same indicators uses 350 to 450 megabites of RAM and in FTO it uses a least 1GB and it could go up to 2GB+ depending on the replay speed, which makes the user experience very unpleasant.

I've been a customer since the early beta version, and I raised my concerns way early on about the slowness and memory consumption, and 16 months later and its still slow and memory heavy, until when? we don't need custom AIs and and strategies and indicators when the whole software is built on a weak base.

Market monkey was developed by ONE GUY while livestreaming AND its Still incredibly fast while processing 1000 times more data than FTO, he has footprints and liquidity charts etc it never goes above 600 megabites of memory usage, the only difference is that its not a market replay software.

Please focus on optimizing the software and resource consumption before any other sparkling new features, RAM is not cheap these days.

      I can't share a project link because this is not a singular project issue, its ALL the projects accessed on multiple computers on multiple browsers.

      It's a software issue, i'm not being unreasonable by saying it gets very laggy and clunky, Thank you for your understanding.

    Please clarify the specifications of your computer (operating system, RAM, processor) and the browser you’re using.

    And provide the project link where you experienced the slowdown.

    That way, they can reproduce the exact setup and see what’s happening with memory usage.

    And just to reassure you — our current priority is not adding flashy new features, but focusing on big fixes and deep optimization.

    Improving speed and reducing RAM consumption is at the core of what the team is working on now.

      Hello, as I told your colleague Serhii, it's not a device issue nor a project issue, the software is very laggy, try it for yourself open a project with 3 charts, and 1 indicator on each chart, and set the speed to 120 and start trading while monitoring the memory consumption, and watch how much RAM its consumes in comparison to tradingview OR tradingview based replay software (your direct competitors).

      And finally to bury the doubt here's the specs of my computers:

      1-Helios Predator 300 i7 with 1080 NVDIA GPU and 16Gb RAM: laggy on Windows 10 and 11 both Brave and Chrome Browsers.

      2-Thinkpad T460 i5 16gb RAM Mint Linux, tested on Brave Browser.

    very slow app

    I'm experiencing an issue where the app is running incredibly slowly, making it very difficult to work. It's as if everything is in slow motion; whenever I try to navigate the chart, add a drawing, or do anything at all, the app is incredibly slow. It's even worse at lower timeframes. It's truly frustrating to have to work like this; I've noticed it's been this slow for about five days now. I need a solution to this; I paid for my annual subscription less than a month ago.

            We looked into the performance slowdown you reported in your FTO project, and the issue appears to be related to the large number of graphical tools/objects currently present on your chart. When there are many drawings, indicators, or graphical elements, the platform may begin to lag during interaction.

            To improve performance, we recommend removing any graphical tools that you no longer need. Once unnecessary elements are cleared, the platform should run smoothly again.

            Additionally, our developers are already working on optimizations to improve performance for projects that contain a large number of graphical elements. These improvements will help ensure smoother operation in similar cases in the future.
