      We were able to find your project.

      We checked XAUUSD on the 4H timeframe on our side during backtesting, and everything appears to be working normally and loading stable.

      To help us investigate your case, could you please try the following steps:

      • clear your browser cache

      • try opening the platform in guest/incognito mode

      • check if you are using any indicators or Expert Advisors (EAs) during the test, and try disabling them temporarily

      Also, could you please clarify:

      • the exact historical date and time when the issue happens

      • what exactly you see (does the chart not load, freeze, or switch timeframe?)

      • whether this happens only on XAUUSD 4H or also on other symbols/timeframes

      With this information we will be able to reproduce and check the issue more precisely.
