XAUUSD Chart keeps on crashing!!!

can't open projects. Error started saying I have insufficient equity error even if I try a 0.01 trade on a $3k account. Then I tried refreshing multiple times to no avail. I then duplicated the project hoping it would work, but the duplicated project can't be opened as well.

I then started a new one hoping to just continue where I left off but it will freeze as well. Kindly fix this or I will ask for a refund.
