Could you please clarify a few things so we can investigate the issue further?
1)What device and operating system are you using? Does your device have a touchscreen? Do you interact with FTO using a mouse, trackpad, touch gestures, or a stylus?
2)Which browser are you using, and what is its version? What is your current page zoom level (in %)?
3)Is your browser or FTO running in fullscreen mode? If so, does the panel appear after you exit fullscreen mode?
4)Could you please send us a full, uncropped screenshot of the FTO window with the shape selected? Please make sure the right edge and bottom part of the interface are visible.
