when using the the RR-Buy and rr-Sell, the labels are are blocking the lines which prevents the placing of entry and set and tp at a specific point on a candle, have to put a line to see the price and enter it manually. is it possible to place that lower then the lines so that the placing can be accurate. on trading view they are places either below or above the lines of entry, Sl and tp
The entry price label is always placed above the line. For better visibility while placing the RR-Buy/RR-Sell tool, you can change the color of the RR lines and adjust the line thickness.
That should make it easier to position the entry, SL, and TP more precisely on the candle.

The width of the RR tool depends on the last selection, and those settings are remembered. To expand it now, please hold CTRL and rotate the mouse wheel up until the tool becomes large enough to grab, then you can expand it manually.

Please try duplicating the current project. In the duplicated project, the RR tool should be reset to its default value. Please give that a try and let me know if it worked.
