I like to look at the VP from the previous day or previous secession, sometimes I look at the VP from the prior week to let me know where price was traded at. I also like to open the VP at the beginning of the secession and watch how it evolves through the day. Right now I can only put on the VP and it uses all of the volume for the entire chart, so it is worthless to see the VP from 2 days earlier, or even the current secession that I am testing. Hi @sam stewart Thanks for pointing this out. Please describe exactly how you expect the Volume Profile indicator to work from your point of view.
For example, what time range should it use, how you want the current market session to be selected, and what behavior would make it useful for your workflow. The more specific you can be, the better I can understand the expected behavior.
