SPARK PLUGS WITH POOR SPARK

I have my charts set to New York time, and I notice that starting with the 4-hour timeframe, the candles aren't opening at the correct times, and I see that the same thing happens with other timeframes besides 4H, 6H, 8H, 12H, etc. For example, the 4-hour candle on the New York time zone should open at 1 a.m., 5 a.m., 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 9 p.m., but it isn’t doing so, and the same issue occurs with the opening times for the other timeframes. I consider this a very serious problem since we trade based on the candlestick openings, and I’m referring to CFD pairs. I would appreciate it if you could look into this.
