Unable to see projects I create; (I had previously been able to create a project).

better if I show you; I tried restarting the computer and refreshing chrome. As mentioned this worked previously (although only just tried out FTO recently).

How does this impact your experience?

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Could you please open your browser in guest mode, where you do not have any extensions or custom settings installed, and try logging in to the site again from there and attempting to create a project? Everything should work after that.

    Please let us know if you were able to create a project after that!

      This worked ty - but only in guest mode. Anyway to use this outside the guest mode (it previously as in a couple days ago worked outside guest mode - not sure what changed).

        Great to hear it worked, that’s a good sign!

        If it only works in guest mode, it could be caused by a browser extension that’s blocking some elements or interfering with project creation.

        Please also try the following steps in your main browser:

        1. Clear the cache.

        2. Log out of your Forex Tester account (you can do this from the dashboard click your name in the top-right corner → Log out).

        3. Then log in again and try creating or loading your project.

        In most cases, these steps (together with checking extensions) resolve the issue and allow you to use the app normally outside of guest mode.

        I have found new details about your situation! In fact, the problem is not with browser extensions or cache.

        As you can see in your video, you have a filter enabled, and the video contains the statement “Selected 1 symbol” on the dashboard, which means that new projects that do not include this one symbol are being filtered out.

        You need to disable this filter, and then all projects will be visible.
