Trading sessions and 3rd chart

The trading sessions on the 1st 2 charts have 2 indicators on the chart after refreshing and if I delete the bottom one, then they are taken off of the charts entirely, whereas, if I delete the top one they are not. If I attach trading sessions to the 3rd chart, far right, then they disappear after refreshing as well as the time frame goes to 15 minutes, even though, I had it on 1 hour.
