TP orders are not triggering if price wicks through it

A TP order should be triggered when price touches or moves through the TP price (factoring in spread for shorts - assuming a bid chart). I’ve noticed in Online Forex Tester that my TPs do not trigger unless price closes beyond (possibly at as well) a TP order, but this is not correct. Once price touches the TP price - again, factoring in spread for shorts - the TP order should be triggered. See the four-hour chart on the right in my screen shot for an example.
