Tools Settings

This is the serious issue and needs attention. let me explain with example. i have an FTO account and i use different tools for charts during testing. whenever i use them i need to change tools settings (colours and many more). now the issue is whenever i start the terminal, all settings go back to default values including colours and everything needs to be redone every time. more same thing happens on creation of new project, everything setting goes back to default. So what needs to be done. First let the user select different tools he uses and those should be displayed on screen as personalized toolbar. the settings of these tools selected as favourite should be linked to user account and should not change unless he changes himself. these requested changes are similar as on tradingview. please take this change as serious requirement as changing them everytime is a big nuisance. once tools selected as favourites, they should appear as tool bar on the chart. now user will change their settings and these changes of settings should remain the same either terminal is restarted or or new project is created. similar to tradingview
