その場合は、チャート間でツールを同期するオプションを有効にしてください。
これを有効にすると、1つのチャートに引いたラインは他のチャートにも反映されます。水平線なども同じように同期されます。

When this is enabled, lines drawn on one chart will be reflected on other charts. Horizontal lines and other similar lines will also be synchronized.

あと新規プロジェクトに既存のプロジェクトのテンプレートをいれてもインジケーターしか同じものになりません。
ローソク足の色、その他設定やラインなどは同じものはでないのでしょうか
