Behavior when right-clicking on charts

The following two types of menus are displayed when right-clicking on a chart.

(1) A menu where you can reset the chart view, operate orders, etc.

(2) A menu with three items such as "Go to first order".

Sometimes only (2) is displayed when I want to display (1) above.

When (1) is not displayed even after right-clicking several times, I have to reopen the chart once, and I feel it is bothersome.
