I would like to be able to set a vertical offset in the chart settings.

While it is possible to specify the right offset in the chart settings,

I would like to be able to set the offset to the top and bottom in the same way.

In particular, there are various objects placed at the top of the chart, and they overlap when manipulating the order, SL, and TP lines, which hinders operation.
