My system depends on the New York session, which, when set to UTC-4, SHOULD start from 08:00 to 16:00, but instead it’s from 13:00 to 21:00. This is really frustrating. How do I go about this?
Please press the F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I) to open the DevTools window, click the Console tab, and then record a video of the bug.
In addition, send the link to the project as well.
Please don't use it while we investigate the issue.

It’s the New York session. The time, and thus price action, does not correlate with the time zones. It should be from 08:00 to 16:00, but instead it’s the London session that has those times. Could you please help correct this?
Whether I use UTC-4 or UTC-5, the outcome is still the same.

Hi,
To resolve this, you need to deactivate the default sessions and create a custom session with the specific time frame you require.
That should align the price action correctly with the New York session.

Hi that is amitigation but not a solution, even if I tried doing a custom session I am not sure that is working properly I think many people require this it would be nice a real solution, I dont understand why the time zone is asked whe I am creting the project if this doesn´t work

The default time for Trading Sessions in the settings is currently set to the UTC+0 time zone, which is causing the issue you're experiencing.
We’re aware of this limitation, and our team is planning to add an option next to each session that will allow users to select their preferred time zone.
This will make session management much more flexible and user-friendly. Additionally, we’ve implemented support for Daylight Saving Time (DST), so time adjustments during seasonal changes are now handled correctly.
