The problem is I have to do it every once in a while vs twice a year, if I remember correctly. It should automatically change twice a year.

Do I understand correctly what you are talking about when switching between summer and winter time? In order for the switch to occur automatically, you need to activate the US DST option when creating a new project.

Yes, this option is enabled by default. Please note that when you change the time zone on the chart, the chart time zone actually becomes one hour ahead during daylight saving time.
