Each time I was told something like, “I don’t see a problem”, so I stopped replying. When you sell/buy sometimes the TP and SL don’t line up. In the videos, to me, it was obvious, but after constantly being told you guys did not see a problem I stopped trying just like with the candle problems you guys have right now. I have told you guys about a lot of problems and sent pictures or videos, but you did not seem to be interested in fixing them, so I figured what is the point of trying when after multiple times of showing you and nothing gets fixed.

Right now, I truly want to get to the bottom of the problem you’re describing. The only reason I’m asking for a short video is because I still don’t fully grasp the exact behavior you’re seeing, and I don’t want to misunderstand or miss anything again.
If you can record even a quick clip showing how the TP/SL fail to line up when dragging, it will help me properly identify the issue and forward it to our developers with clear context.

The STOP Loss can not be moved through drag and drop anymore.
To fix it I need to open the order an close, then I can reposition the stoploss through drag and drop. Very annoying.

Our developers are already working on a similar issue. Could you please tell me which browser you're using when this happens?
Also, if possible, please record a short video showing the problem. That would help us compare it with the issue we're investigating.
