The shortcut key to increase the time frame doesn't work well.

When I long-press the shortcut key to enlarge the timeframe, it works, but because I'm holding it down, the timeframe changes to one that's two or more levels larger. The shortcut key to decrease the timeframe works without any problems. Changing the shortcut key button doesn't improve the situation. Switching to a different computer didn't improve the situation either.

    Hi! Thanks for flagging this.
    Could you please send us a short video showing the issue in action - that will help me see exactly how the timeframe is jumping when you long-press the key.

    Also, please clarify which buttons you currently have assigned for switching to higher timeframes. Thank you.
