The quick order panel doesn't always remember the take-profit and stop-loss settings.

Watch this video. After I set the take profit and stop loss and placed an order, the second time I used the quick order panel to place a market order, it remembered the take profit and stop loss once, but the orders after that didn't keep remembering them. Shouldn't it always remember my last settings?
