Hello. Is it Buy or Sell order? Note that Sell order is closed at ASK price which is always higher than Bid price which is seen on a chart by default. Probably Ask price hasn’t reached the TP price, that’s why order hasn’t been closed. For example, you can enable showing Ask price in a properties of a chart so you can always see if it reaches TP price or not.
