Switching timeframes causes failure

I’ve tried multiple symbols like NAS100, NQ100, and GOLD and all have the same issue. The page fails to load the new timeframe. I get a dialog that says “Change Symbol” or “Change Interval” but those buttons don’t seem to help.

How does this impact your experience?

    Serhil, those symbols seem to work for me. I am now able to switch timeframes without any crashes. I switched to these going forward. Thank you.

    Hi @User Thank you for the details! I recommend creating a new project with NAS100 instead of NQ100 and XAUUSD instead of GOLD, starting from November 19, 2014.

    Please check if this resolves the issue. If you still experience problems when switching timeframes, kindly share the link to your project so we can take a closer look.
