support does not responed
has anyone tried to contact support and heard nothing back even after a week, is this common to not have questions answered.
everytime i go to the little message window at the bottom this is never anyone online to ask a question, and so i leave a message and contact details but no one respones?

I’m very sorry you’ve had this experience and felt unanswered — I understand how frustrating that must be.
Our live chat isn’t available around the clock, so sometimes messages arrive when no one is online. In your case, my colleague did reply to the chat you left in the message window.
Could you kindly check your inbox or spam folder to see if that response reached you?
