Creating a project with an existing name

Actual: When attempting to create a project with the same name as an existing project, a popup appears requesting to contact support, and all the settings that were set for the project to be created are deleted, requiring everything to be done from scratch.

Expected: If a user wants to give a project a name that already exists, a warning should appear (suggesting the use of another name), but the parameters should not disappear. After this, the user can change the name and create the project.
