Something is wrong with the chart data
On one of my projects the data is just presented wrong; it seems buggy. Even the candles showing on my chart are at different times from the time of testing the data on the bottom bar. Have tried clearing the cache; it hasn’t worked.

See the time difference between the vertical line and the time at the bottom of the page, plus how disjointed the chart data looks.

There is already a fix prepared for this issue—but it won’t be included in the next update this week, only in the one after that.
So it’s on the roadmap, just not in the immediate release.

Sorry, the time itself is correct. The issue is that you placed the vertical line on a future bar that hasn’t started yet, so the time at the bottom reflects the current active bar, not the one the line is pointing to. That’s why it looks like there’s a mismatch, but it’s just a matter of bar timing vs. line placement.

The chart won't let me point that candle, it's glitchy, plus that is the one hour chart, the difference in the time is more than 1 hour, that is the problem

Could you please clarify what you mean by “the difference in the time is more than 1 hour”? Since this is a one-hour chart, each bar should represent exactly one hour.
Also, if possible, could you record a short video showing the issue? That would really help us understand what’s happening and find a solution faster.
