Something about the period separators

Daily period separators are based on the close time of the current timezone at the latest version. If I set my timezone as UTC+8, there is a huge difference from the close time of the daily chart based on Australian time zone.
If I set my timezone as UTC+8, the daily period separators should start at 8 o'clock，rather than 0 o'clock， to ensure the same start hour as the daily candle.
