I know you guys are having problems, but this has been a problem for me for a long time. It gets very hard to use properly. I wasn’t going to say anything because I saw others saying something, but I think this is pretty much the worst is has been. Please fix this.

    Thank you for the detailed feedback, and sorry for the inconvenience.

    To properly identify the root cause, we need to capture what is happening inside your browser at the exact moment the freeze occurs.

    Could you please follow the steps below and send us the results?

    🔧 What we need from you:

    1. Record a Performance trace

    This is the most important step.

    Open the platform.
    Press F12 (opens Developer Tools).
    Go to the Performance tab.
    Click Record Use the app until it freezes.
    Wait a few seconds during the freeze.
    Click Stop.
    Click the Download (⬇) button and save the file Send us the exported file.

    2. Console screenshot In DevTools, go to the Console tab.

    Take a screenshot showing any errors (in red).
    Send it to us.

    3. (Optional but helpful) Memory check.

    If possible:

    Go to the Memory tab.
    Take a screenshot after using the app for a while.
    Send it to us.


    💡 Why this matters.

    The freezing you’re describing is usually caused by something blocking the browser (for example: heavy calculations, infinite loops, or data issues).
    These recordings allow us to pinpoint the exact cause and fix it much faster.

    This additional technical data will allow us to move from observation to an actual fix.

    Slow is the wrong word. It actually freezes and I can’t do anything!! It is extremely hard to use. I want to help you guys, but when I send you videos of bugs and I don’t see at least some work on the bugs it makes me not want to give detailed videos, etc… because you guys are focused more on features. This is, by far, the worst it has ever been. I will be able to use it, then it freezes and use it for a little bit, then freezes. It is extremely frustrating and annoying.

      right now absolute majority of the team is working on bugfixes, and we do hope to fix issues like this soon
