Since you’re only testing EUR/USD and noticed the slowdown, the next step is to gather more technical details so the team can pinpoint what’s happening.
Please:
Send the project link so we can access the exact setup you’re running.
Take screenshots of the console and the Network tab at the moment when the project freezes or slows down.

I have done that many times and the same problems keep occurring. I do not see a point is spending my time doing that when I have spent hours doing that before and the charts are still very buggy…. Candles not working properly, it freezes, etc. If you have everything I have sent before, then you will probably have that information.

If you look at some of my past posts, then you will see a lot of time and detail put into them. I am sure you notice how short my posts are now. That is because I do not want to waste my time and then still see very little getting done.

However, since there are many projects in your account, we’re not sure exactly which one you are referring to right now. Could you please send us the project link once more?
That will help us quickly locate the correct setup and investigate the issues you mentioned.

I have given you guys videos, etc. I have taken a lot of time trying to help you only to be let down. With that being said, I do believe you have a lot of potential over other simulation companies and that is why I am still here, at least every once in a while, helping. I understand programming is not easy and debugging can be harder. I get it. I also understand that a lot of people want different things ASAP. At the same time if there are bugs that cause issues for people testing, then it does not matter how many time frames, how many features you have, etc. If people are not able to properly test their strategy with confidence, then that is not good. There are disappearing trend lines, weird candle action, etc. I am trying to help you guys, but at the same time I spent a lot of time giving you feedback only to be let down and watch as you guys focus on features more than bugs, or that is how it seemed to me. Yet you guys still want me to give you all this information, then what? Will I continue to watch new features while I am not sure I am able to properly back test? I was told in another post that within a week, at least 2-3 weeks ago, there would be an offset for the top and bottom so the news, etc does not interfere with price. I have not seen that, but you want me to give you all this information, why? I was told March would be focusing on fixing bugs, so I am hoping that is true, but I don’t know if it is true.

We understand your frustration, and we really appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into giving us detailed feedback.
That’s exactly why, in my previous message, I asked you to check our new beta version—because all the issues you mentioned (trend lines, candle behavior, offsets, etc.) have been addressed there.
We’ve focused specifically on fixing the bugs you raised, so you can properly test strategies with confidence rather than worrying about unreliable behavior.
Please take a look at the beta build and let us know how it works for you—your input will help us confirm that these fixes meet your expectations.
