It is moving very slow at times and if I refresh I sometimes lose my place. For example, I was in a trade and I refreshed and the trade was gone. I am not sure whether or not price was showing at a different time.

How does this impact your experience?

    Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the performance issues you're experiencing.

    To help improve the speed, you could try removing any unnecessary graphical tools from your charts. This can sometimes help reduce the load and prevent freezing.

    I've reported both the slowness and the issue with trades disappearing after a refresh to our developers for investigation. As soon as I have an update from them, I'll let you know.
