We checked your project on our side, and while it does load, it runs quite slowly, which may be related to performance limitations.
Please try the following steps:
Switch to a layout with only one chart and then try loading the 1-minute or 1-hour timeframe again. When multiple charts are open, especially on smaller timeframes, the system may run out of available RAM, which can cause loading issues or make the reload button unresponsive.
You can also try using the “Jump to” function and jump forward to the next trading day to see if the chart loads correctly there and whether the issue persists.
These steps usually help in cases where performance is affected by chart load. If the problem continues after trying this, please record a video showing the issue. It would be very helpful.
