時間表記が間違っている

MTC＋9（TOKYO）で設定したが時間の表記が間違っている。一定ではない。
それからこれは要望になりますが、MTC＋9で設定しているとしても、1日ごとの区間区切り線は東京の午前0時ではなく、日足が切り替わるタイミングで表示して欲しい。

I set it to MTC+9 (TOKYO), but the time display is incorrect. It's not constant. Also, this is just a request, but even if it's set to MTC+9, I'd like the dividing lines for each day to be displayed when the daily chart changes, rather than at midnight in Tokyo.
