Numeric entry field on the settings screen

In the settings screen, when trying to enter a number by deleting the default number, the "0" and "1" remain, which is not user-friendly. (e.g., when you erase the number and try to enter 20, the "1" remains, so you end up having to use the up/down buttons, etc.)
