Risk to reward tool

I would like to ask for feature to write manually number of pips/ticks in risk to reward tool, now I must move it in chart but it is better to be able to manually write exact number of pips for SL and also for TP. I usually use high/low +2 pips for my SL, but here I must move it on chart and sometimes it moves more and sometimes less.
