Right Shift Key?

Left Shift works correctly, but Right Shift is not handled consistently.

M + Left Shift activates the measure tool, while M + Right Shift does not.

Also, a line drawn with Right Shift remains constrained horizontally/vertically after release, whereas a line drawn with Left Shift can be freely rotated afterward.

Reproduced in both Edge and Chrome.
