Request to Add Trade Duration Display in Backtesting

Feature Request

Hello, It would be very helpful if Forex Tester could show the total trade duration directly in the journal or as an additional column. While open and close times are available, having the calculated duration visible would make analysis faster and more accurate. Thank you.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

    At the moment, there is no option to display the total trade duration as a separate column in the Journal.

    However, you may find the Exit Optimizer section in Analytics useful. Based on your previous trades, it can provide recommendations on the optimal holding time for positions and help you analyze trade duration more effectively.

    We appreciate the feedback, as having trade duration displayed directly in the Journal could certainly make trade analysis more convenient.

      Thanks for the response! I know the option doesn’t exist yet, that’s exactly why I submitted the feature request :)

      Regarding the Exit Optimizer, that feature is only available for Pro users, not Starter plans, so having the trade duration directly in the Journal would still be very helpful.
