Repeated “Forward Testing” Bug on Forex Tester Online (USD/JPY 2022–2025 Data)
Dear Forex Tester Support Team,
I am repeatedly experiencing the same issue with Forex Tester Online when testing the USD/JPY market data (2022–2025).
The “forward testing” function frequently stops working, even though the project is not set to “Forward Only” mode. This problem has occurred many times in the past and is happening again now.
Because of this bug, the efficiency of my backtesting work has been severely reduced. I cannot continuously review my historical records within a single project.
I have already contacted support several times about this issue, but it has not been improved so far. Could you please explain the reason for this and let me know if there is a planned fix or workaround?

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the repeated inconvenience you are facing with the “forward testing” function in Forex Tester Online. We fully understand how disruptive this is to your backtesting work.
I have reminded our developers once again about this bug, and they are actively working on fixing the issues in the data and functionality.
In the meantime, if it is acceptable for you, you could try creating a project with another symbol — the issue should not occur there. However, if you prefer to continue working specifically with USD/JPY, we can provide you with a free license for Forex Tester 6, so you can continue your work there without interruption until the problem in Forex Tester Online is resolved.
Please let us know which option you would prefer, and once again, we deeply apologize for the trouble caused.

Dear Nakajima! Alternatively, you can jump to 04/01/2024.
After that, the testing should run normally. Let me know if this option worked.
