Repeated “Forward Testing” Bug on Forex Tester Online (USD/JPY 2022–2025 Data)

Dear Forex Tester Support Team,

I am repeatedly experiencing the same issue with Forex Tester Online when testing the USD/JPY market data (2022–2025).

The “forward testing” function frequently stops working, even though the project is not set to “Forward Only” mode. This problem has occurred many times in the past and is happening again now.

Because of this bug, the efficiency of my backtesting work has been severely reduced. I cannot continuously review my historical records within a single project.

I have already contacted support several times about this issue, but it has not been improved so far. Could you please explain the reason for this and let me know if there is a planned fix or workaround?
