About Rectangle, Horizontal Ray, Horizontal line, etc.

I have multiple charts to examine side by side. For example, if a rectangle shortcut key is pressed while a 4-hour chart is selected, I want it to be drawn with the rectangle set for the 4-hour chart. If the 1-hour chart is selected by clicking the mouse, when the shortcut key is pressed, I want the chart to be drawn in the color set for the 1-hour chart.
