Rectangle Drawing Tool Selects Incorrect Areas Immediately After Loading the Platform

Description:
The Rectangle drawing tool does not function correctly during the first few minutes after entering the platform. The tool places or resizes rectangles in unexpected locations, making it difficult to accurately mark the desired area on the chart.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Forex Tester Online.

2. Open any chart.

3. Immediately select the Rectangle drawing tool.

4. Attempt to draw a rectangle on a specific area of the chart.

5. Observe the rectangle placement and behavior.

6. Move the chart, zoom, or interact with the chart for some time.

7. Try drawing a rectangle again.

Expected Result:
The Rectangle tool should accurately follow the mouse cursor and allow users to mark the intended chart area immediately after the chart loads.

Actual Result:
During the first few minutes after loading the platform, the Rectangle tool appears to select or draw in random areas. The tool does not properly align with the user's cursor position, making precise marking difficult or impossible.

Additional Observation:

• The issue is temporary and occurs shortly after entering the platform.

• After moving the chart, zooming, or interacting with the workspace, the Rectangle tool starts functioning normally.

• This may indicate that the chart coordinates or drawing layer are not fully synchronized immediately after loading.

Impact:
This issue negatively affects chart analysis and annotation workflows, as users cannot reliably use the Rectangle tool when first opening a chart. It can lead to inaccurate markings and wasted time attempting to place objects correctly.

Frequency: Intermittent, but consistently observed shortly after platform load.
