Real time Price action with Millisecond quality.

I would like to see every tick in the chart just like trading live. This is so close to the perfect simulator for me, but as a momentum scalper i need to see the real price action updated more frequently than every second. If that is already an option, please share with me the instructions to enable that for my chart. As of now I cant find the option.
