Exclusion setting for deletion of all drawing objects

I want to be able to exclude all drawing objects from deletion.

Locked drawing objects cannot be deleted, etc.

I want to delete old lines, but sometimes there are objects mixed in that I want to keep, such as notes of things I have noticed.

I thought it would be easier to manage if there was a mechanism to exclude locked objects from deletion of drawing objects, etc.
