Projects not loading in UTC +1 Morning

Hi, I love the software and have been using it extensively. Just for the second time in 2 days, in the morning (UTC +1) ForexTester does not allow me to load old projects/or start new ones. The charts won’t load and I get a “Oops the charts cannot be loaded”. Around lunch/afternoon/night it all works well. Not sure if this is a bug/feature. Thanks :)

    Thanks for reporting this issue and for the kind words about Forex Tester Online.

    That's definitely strange behavior. Could you please send me a link to one of the projects that fails to load in the morning? This will help us investigate what might be causing the problem.

        Hi @User Thanks for sending over the link.

        If the project still won't load for you in the morning, could you please open the Console tab in your browser's developer tools and send me a screenshot of any errors you see there? That would be a huge help for our team to diagnose the issue.

          It unfortunately is not loading even now → so this the screen shot that I took a couple of minutes ago.

          P.S

          I had a dream about this situation during my afternoon nap #notkidding and in the dream you said: It was a hard nut to crack, because it had something to do with me changing the shades of all the candles (fills wicks etc) to black or white. Not sure how relevant it is, but just in case it would be.

            Thanks for sending the screenshot @User I can see some errors in the console that are often related to internet access.
            Could you please check if your connection is stable?

            I was just able to open your project, and it seems to be working fine on my end.

            P.S. That's a fascinating dream! While the issue doesn't seem to be related to candle colors, it's pretty amazing how our minds try to problem-solve even when we're asleep. Hopefully, you won't have to dream about bugs anymore.

              Yeah, it has opened for me too now. I will check my connection → that could be it, although I was able to run YouTube etc. Thank you for your help.

                Glad to hear it's working for you now! Sometimes even a brief interruption in the connection can cause loading issues with complex web apps, while streaming services like YouTube might buffer through it. Let me know if the problem comes back!
