I am contacting you regarding a malfunction in Forex Tester Online.

Projects frequently fail to load.
Once a project becomes unloadable, a loading spinner remains displayed at the center of the screen indefinitely, and the issue does not improve no matter how many times I try. After this happens, that particular project can never be opened again.

As a result, all accumulated data is lost each time, which makes the software unusable for backtesting purposes.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in fixing this issue or providing a solution.
