project get slower and memory usage is quite larger than that of a new project

After running a backtest with 2–3 days of 5-minute data, the project becomes very sluggish — all operations slow down as if I were using an old computer, and sometimes it even freezes. A new project typically uses about 500MB of memory, but an older project grows to around 1.2GB. I’m not sure what’s causing this, but I suspect there might be a memory leak or some other performance optimization issue on your web platform.

For reference, my computer has 16GB of RAM, and I’ve never experienced such lag when backtesting data on TradingView.
