Problem with my project

Hi! I'm having a problem with my project. I was analyzing December 2022, and when I got to January 1, 2023, it froze. It said the candlesticks couldn't be loaded. I closed the browser, reopened it, and now the project won't load anymore.
How does this impact your experience?

      The project gives me these options, but I can't open it because it just keeps loading and never finishes.

        Hello @User . Please try clicking “Open Previous Save“ option (“Abrir guardado anterior“) and check if it can be opened. If not, click on the project and then send the project link to us (Project link is located at the top of the webpage (where site address is seen)).
