poor service

Seems the service and feedback from forextester is terrible and they have conflicting information between the different support agents ive lost my old data and theyre not allowing me to redownload the data ive paid for

      I've been asked to delete data and now I can't retrieve my previous data

      Also I've been promised to get renumeration for interviews and nothing came forth since….

      I've asked for recent data instead with no indication since the request

      I need this resolved asap as I need to study and backtest this is extremely important as I'm losing time to backtest

      I've lost my tools I've paid for and no one seems to be assisting me with getting things sorted

        Thank you for your message.

        We’d like to kindly inform you that we sent you an email yesterday, on May 10th, 2025, in which we confirmed the following:

        1. We have activated a 1-month Super Data Subscription for your Forex Tester Desktop. This will allow you to download and work with extended historical data.

        2. Additionally, we’ve provided you with free access to Forex Tester Online, where you can also find instruments such as NAS100 for backtesting.

        Please make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for our previous email.

        Regarding the remuneration you mentioned for the interviews, could you please clarify:

        • Which interviews you participated in?

        • Who from our team you were in contact with?

        We’ll investigate this matter internally and follow up with you on Monday.
