Polyline Tool Doesn’t Stop Creating New Points

I’ve noticed an issue with the polyline tool—once you start drawing, there doesn’t seem to be an intuitive way to stop it from endlessly extending and creating new points. I expected the tool to stop adding points when pressing the Escape key (as is common in many platforms), but this doesn’t appear to work.

It would be helpful if there was a clear way to end the polyline drawing sequence, either by pressing Escape or double-clicking, to avoid accidental extra points and improve usability.
