Please refine charts

I choose GOLD on trading view, then gold in FTO …. Chart are very different , i can chanche broker in trading view asnd they still resemble eaach other but FTO is always far diferennt , so not happy to backtest in a unreal enviroment that never happened …..

i choose 6 may 25 in H1 time frame , they both charts Tradingview and FTO are in syncro …. then move to H4 , they are displaced like two hour same candle ….

please dont ask for videos or photos cause im putting more time to help you here thanbacktesting…..

Resolve what need to be solved to present a decent software for real trader and not a toy
