Please can clarify me whats going on with time zones
I need to execute an INDEX NAS 100 template on NY time
the candle opening in H4 for nas are 6 am 10 am 14pm 18pm and so on .
Can you describe the correct setup on the creation project should i use?
I choose UTC -5 , then US DST , and custom close but
i got H4 candles opening diferent of what it should be.

Is not working ,work for a while if you touch anything i dont know , but can you tell me for example if i want NY time , should i use UTC-5 and US DST , then it will adjust automatically when summer enters isnt it?
And the open candle H4 for NAS should be 2AM 6AM 10 AM
