I need to execute an INDEX NAS 100 template on NY time the candle opening in H4 for nas are 6 am 10 am 14pm 18pm and so on . Can you describe the correct setup on the creation project should i use?I choose UTC -5 , then US DST , and custom close buti got H4 candles opening diferent of what it should be.

Please can clarify me whats going on with time zones
