Order Tool's Value Cant Be Paste

I didn’t know what you guys did to the tool until this issue happened. I need to manually adjust/drag to the value that i want. it is so annoying and waste my time to review and improve my system.

then i attach links’ reply for another report that no one response almost 2 weeks. Very disappointed.
