Oops the chart cannot be loaded.

I’m getting this “oops! The chart cannot be loaded.”

Some pairs work, others do not.

I have created a new project many times, each time I try to jump ahead to the current month on USDCAD, it won’t load.

    Hello! ‍‍Could you please provide us with a video or screenshot of the issue?

    ‍‍Please note that we've recently released a new update, so I suggest you clear the cache and data on the Forex Tester Online main page.

    Here’s how to do it in Chrome:

    ‍‍‍‍Open the FTO website in Chrome.

    ‍‍Click the lock icon in the address bar (to the left of the URL).

    ‍‍Select Site settings from the dropdown menu.

    ‍‍Scroll down and click Clear data.

    ‍‍Reload the page.

    ‍‍‍‍This may help resolve the issue.
