OHLC values are different for the same candle

Open/ high / low / close values are different for the same candle depending on where your cursor is - left or right of crosshair.

It seems when my cursor is to the right of crosshair the values are taken from the current bar. But when I move the cursor to the left of the crosshair but I am still over the very same candle the OHLC are taken from the previous candle.

It is reproducible on any time frame. I am attaching a picture where I show value of low of the candle, but it applies to OHLC values.
